Can’t disagree with you more . I fail to see how you think that .It’s a mess.
And every single time we change or launch something new, we get the same old thing. “I hate it, this is crap, everything is messy, what have you done” and so on. People don’t accept change, we are used to this. Five months from now if I revert back to the old design, after people have accepted and got used to the new one, I will get the exact same comments: “Please revert back to what you had, this one is bad, what happened to Staxus” and so on. You will get used to the new site as you did with the old one, I know it’s difficult to adapt to something that changed quite a lot.

andrei and others worked very hard to create this new site – i think language like – its a mess – is ill considered and inaccurate and quite disrespectful to the people who work very hard to bring this site together. if you want to make criticisms thats fine but please make them constructive not just rude and unhelpful. No doubt you wont like this criticism – but on behalf of my team i felt i should say something. Please bear in mind we are a small company and alot of work went into this.

I am sorry to say that but now the design of staxus is more like a blog. Before, it was more professional.
Also, now we are not able viewing the trailers or knowing who are the actors in each video.
In addition, I don’t unserstand why the homepage is empty, I am talking about the body of the page.
Add to that the fact that the website is very slow and containing many bugs.
So yeah, the change is good, I was very excited for the new staxus, I always accepted the changes in many websites, but with staxus, I am really disappointed.
Fix that please and don’t take staxus away from the top 5 best gayporn website ever !
As this thread is about the new site I think it is better to continue here with what I started three days ago than on that video page. Two of the three things I strongly criticised there have been fixed now. Scenes on the model pages can now easily be accessed and the gallery preview is now way much better to look at. Thanks a lot for that guys! Very much appreciated. Still missing are the model names on the index pages. But I am sure the team is working on that.
What I noticed is that the German translation still leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of typos and grammar errors. I did mention that some time ago on the old site. But all I got then was a flippant remark that people nevertheless do understand the meaning. Andy mentioned in his reply to that French gentleman that people will get used to the new design like they got used to the changes at Youtube. People stopped to complain after a few weeks. They did. But mostly because Google does not give a toss about customers and complaining is in vain. Your stance about the translation suggests a bit of the same. But then your reaction to the large amount of criticism about the new design and the improvements that were made very quickly because of that show that you do care. So kudos for that.
The old design was very much loved because it had style and was efficient. The new design tries to take into account new developments, which might not always be a benefit and might not always look nice or classy. If we could get the best of both worlds it would be a good thing. And if the translations could be improved it would be the icing on the cake.
BTW scene A flip-flop bareback fuck (id=1153) is missing the video. No stream nor download available.
Sorry to say, but I hate the new design. I love changes especially aesthetic ones; however, losing ‘functionality’ isn’t a good thing. The titles are no longer on the main page, you have to open each scene individually, which is a pain. I could live with this, but the performers names are not in each video unless you hover over the oval pictures? Why? I love the content, but the presentation is really poor. Please at least add back the names!
I just noticed, in a addition to my previous comments, i have to double click every scene to get to the download. Before I could open multiple scenes up and decide which one I wanted. Now I have to dig through them one at a time. Again, loss of user functionality. The site is ‘pretty’.

We are aware translations are missing in German and French, we are adding them back early next week. In regards to opening up multiple scenes, I cannot see how this is different from the old site, you can still open up multiple scenes and decide which ones you want. In regards to having the scene title on the main page, how does that make a difference? You guys browse every scene so how does having the title on the main page affect usability? People click every single scene we upload to the site, regardless of the title or photo therefore having the title is redundant as you get into the scene anyway and see it there. Also it’s much easier to see who is in a scene from the main page with having a big thumbnail rather than a long title that didn’t specify model names anyway. The title will be there when you hover the scene and it flips. We will add the model names on the models page, however in the scene page you will just hover to see their names. Most of our members can instantly recognize a model by it’s photo. We will bring more changes and optimization next week and thank you very much for all your feedback!

it is not only missing translations. There are typos and grammatical errors in the German parts, which are already online. This should be corrected to make a difference.

just an example from today’s video page, which has 3 tags incorrectly translated:
Tags should read:
Britisch (instead of British)
Abspritzen ins Gesicht (instead of Abspritzen im Gesicht)
Sport (instead of Sports)
Hi Erica! If there are no German words found in the system it automatically falls back to English (hence British instead of Britisch, Sport instead of Sports and so on). I will correct “Abspritzen ins” and add all the translations back within the next 24-48 hours.
